The Mountain Heritage Festival Facebook Page on Friday announced that this year’s Mountain Heritage Festival has been cancelled.

Planners with the festival said although they are heartbroken over their decision, it is not possible to move forward with the festival due to flood damage.

Officials with the festival said shirts will still be available since they were already printed.
