Charles Blackburn 56, of Crum, West Virginia passed away at his home on Monday, February 13, 2023. He was born on August 7, 1966 to the late Juanita Vanatter Blackburn and Millard Blackburn.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Thursday, February 16, 2023 at the Stoney Hill Freewill Baptist Church in Stonecoal, WV with Rodney Brown officiating. Friends may visit at the church on Wednesday after 6:00pm. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.
