Roberta Liza Frazier Fugate, age 91 of Hi Hat, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2023 at her residence. She was born July 19, 1931 in Price, Kentucky to the late Lowey Granville & Bertha Moore Frazier.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 6pm at the church and will continue all day Thursday, February 16, 2023

Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 17, 2023 at 11am at Little Nancy Old Regular Baptist Church, Hi Hat, Kentucky with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating

Burial will follow at Frazier Cemetery, Hi Hat, Kentucky
