John Paul Mullins, age 70 of Clay City, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023 at UK Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. He was born May 11, 1952 in Virgie, Kentucky to the late Verlin Paul & Barbara Faye Rife Mullins.

Visitation will begin Sunday, February 26, 2023 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Monday, February 27, 2023

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Bobby Isaac, Roger Johnson & Vernon Johnson officiating

Burial will follow at Family Cemetery, Weeksbury, Kentucky
