Lea Brooke Bentley, age 42 of East Point, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born November 28, 1980 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Michael Dean & Linda Gunnell Spradlin of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Visitation will begin Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 5pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky and Monday, March 6, 2023 at the Dome prior to funeral

Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 6, 2023 at 1pm at Betsy Layne Elementary Dome, Betsy Layne, Kentucky with Matt Smith officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
