Stephanie Fay Collins, age 34 of Topmost, Kentucky, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday March 4, 2023, at her residence in Topmost, Kentucky. She was born on September 12, 1988, in Lexington, Kentucky to Jaqueline Stacy and the late William Holbrook.

Funeral services for Stephanie Fay Collins will be 1PM, Wednesday March 8, 2023, at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky with Curtie Hall and Deffort “Honeybun” Thornsberry officiating. Visitation will be start on Tuesday March 7, 2023, from 6PM-10PM.

In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made toward funeral expenses.
