Kentucky State Police Post 10 held the Ninth Annual baseball and softball tournament to benefit Trooper Island, over the weekend. The fund raising effort is said to be the highest raising effort Post 10 has. Trooper Island’s summer camp is for underprivileged children who may not have the opportunity to take vacations over the summer. Kentucky State Police sponsor the camp and the first group of kids this year will go to the camp ground of Dale Hollow Lake today. The camp will finish on July 31st.
