In Bell County, 46 year old Deanna Miller was killed Wednesday while riding her scooter on 31st street in Middlesboro. Miller was said to have just purchased the scooter only an hour earlier. Middlesboro Police say she crossed into the opposite lane of traffic and struck a Dodge truck. The accident happened in a curve that local people say is hard to see around, and that many drivers are going too fast on the stretch of road.
