Officials were forced to evacuate a motel in Louisa on Sunday morning.

The police were informed at around 7:40 that someone was cooking in their room, and was quickly followed by another call asking for the fire department.

When they arrived they found a working meth lab, but the offenders had fled. Louisa Police Chief Greg Fugitt claimed to have a suspect.
