Police in Johnson County have arrested two men, who may have been using meth. Sheriff Deputies responded to a tip, and found the pair in their car at the days inn parking lot in Paintsville. A search of the vehicle uncovered a powder, which the officers concluded was meth and a hypodermic syringe. 37 year of Shaun Meade of Paintsville and 28 Year old Mathew Joseph of Salyersville are facing charges of possession, public intoxication, and Joseph also faces a charge of indecent exposure.
