A local business in Whitesburg has made a controversial stand in the wake of the Chattanooga shootings. The owners of Jace Firearms have enacted a new policy banning Muslims from their store. Co-owner Jill Stidham says that she doesn’t like the way Islam is affecting the United States, and feels that she is being targeted for being white. While some support the move, others believe it hurts the image of the entire community by portraying them as being intolerant.
