Kentucky has joined a list of other states asking the EPA to loosen its regulation. According to Attorney General, Jack Conway, the new standards will cause power bills to rise across the commonwealth, due to the restrictions on coal fired plants. The effected states have asked a federal appeals court to review the new rulings.
