A Floyd County family has expressed their relief after a Grand Jury’s ruling.

Last October Sheena Dotson of Pike County crashed into Ronnie Mullins’ vehicle, leading to his death.

Dotson is alleged to have been intoxicated during the incident. The Grand Jury has indicted Dotson, and family members of Mullins have said they are glad she cannot hurt anyone else. Dotson will be in court on November the 5^th.
