A group of Eastern Kentucky activists are demanding a controversial picture be removed. The Breathitt County courthouse has come under fire recently because of a religious picture hanging within its walls. Activist with the group, Freedom from Religion, have written several letters to the court house identifying the picture as a first amendment violation, but have not received a reply. The organizations co-president, Annie Laurie Gaylor, said her group was open to legal action.
