AN Eastern Kentucky man has returned from fighting fires in California. Davis Shallenberger is an incident meteorologist, who works for the National Weather Service station in Jackson.

Shallenberger has just returned home from California, where he plied his trade to help fight fires. His reputability was to give fire fighters specially developed weather forecasts, which would help them, create a strategy.
