An Eastern Kentucky Coal Operator could be facing legal action after a run in with inspectors

An Eastern Kentucky Coal Operator could be facing legal action after a run in with inspectors. Jeremy Bryant of Floyd County is alleged to have screamed at the two inspectors, and backed one of them against a wall. The two inspectors said that they believed they were in danger, and that Bryant would have attacked them if he had not been restrained. Officials are pursuing an injunction against him, to stop him from interfering with future inspections.
