Plans are in motion to develop property near theirs, and home owner are worried it will make the situation worse. The property is being developed by the Prestonsburg Industrial Corporation, which is a nonprofit that develops land to attract businesses. Representatives from PIC assured residents that they have a plan to ease the flooding issues.
