Kentucky’s republican gubernatorial hopeful has received a blow to his campaign

The Republican Governors associate has decided to pull their television ads for the Matt Bevin campaign, with just over a month before the election. The group has already spent 3 million dollars on Bevin, but has recently decided to re-evaluate their strategy. Jon Thompson is a spokesman for the organization, and he said that the association was not ruling out purchasing more ads before the election. A spokesman for the Bevin campaign said that they will run their own ad tomorrow, and are currently producing another. Bevin had already spent over a million dollars to win his party’s nomination.
