The corporation has made a deal with the Alliance Banking company, which operates out of Winchester, to acquire all of it assets. As of September the 30th Citizens National Bank held nearly 570 million dollars in assets and just under 460 million deposits. In comparison Alliance holds 56 million in assets and 48 in deposits. According to Citizens National’s president V. Burton Bellamy, the company is eager to enter into the banking landscape of Winchester and Clark County.
