Officials in Breathitt County took an escaped inmate into custody, after he was tagged in a Facebook video. Justin Taulbee made his escape on Friday, from the Breathitt County Jail while he was being transported to the Court House for arraignment. Police released surveillance video of Taulbee, but it did not lead to his return. On Monday he was tagged in a video on Facebook, where he admitted recently being held in Breathitt County, and alluded to escaping custody. The video led the Kentucky State Police to a home in Wolfe County, where they found Taulbee in bed with his girlfriend. He was returned to police custody, and an escape charge was added to his case.
