Officials in Bell County have issued a Golden Alert. 74 year old Daniel Risner is around 5’11; he weighs 175 pounds, has gray hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white and grey t-shirt. Risner suffers from Parkinson’s and dementia, and was last seen walking into the woods near his home. Anyone with any information of his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Bell County dispatch at 606-337-6174.
