Governor elect Matt Bevin aired an interview at WYMT yesterday where he put all his cards on the table. Bevin said that his first priority was to dismantle the kynect system, which is Kentucky’s insurance exchange. According to Bevin he favors moving individuals to the federal exchange, claiming it would save tax payers money. Bevin also supported making marriage licenses available online, and removing the clerk’s name, and ending the state pension system for all future employees in favor of a defined contribution plan.
