The investigation has led them to believe that someone made off with a propane powered generator within the last two to three weeks, from a Kentucky power communication site around Slope Hollow. The power company described the device as a Kohler 20kw propane power system; it is 8 feet by three feet and weighs about a ton. In all they are estimating the damage done to the station, including the theft, at around 40-thousand dollars. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact KSP post 10.
