On Wednesday deputies took 39 year old James Stewart into custody after a month long investigation into his drug dealing in the Betsy Layne area. Stewart has been charged with trafficking a controlled substance in the first degree, Illegal Possession of a Legend drug in the 1st degree and Possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree. Stuart also had an outstanding warrant for flagrant non-support.
