Elected officials are back to the business of managing the Commonwealth. Major topics under discussion include the states two year spending plan, the fate of Kynect, right to work legislation, and a bill to defy the clean air and water acts. Governor Matt Bevin is expected to make his first speech to the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce tomorrow, and will address the General Assembly on January 26th.
