Yesterday troopers from Post 9 received a report that 44 year old Michael S. Rose of Morehead had been identified along Skaggs Road. According to a release by the KSP Rose has been charged with producing depictions involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, receiving explicit material involving a minor, possessing explicate material portraying a minor and knowingly transporting explicate material across state lines. He was taken into custody and is currently being housed in the Carter County Detention Center.
