After an investigation into suspect legal dealings by Attorney Eric C. Conn, the Social Security Administration opened investigations into nearly 18-hundered cases. While many have gone through the hearings and are waiting on results, while others are still waiting for their opportunity. Prestonsburg attorney Ned Pillersdorf has led the effort, and in a statement to WYMT he recommended that everyone acquire an attorney before they go into their hearing, and mentioned that they may have access to free representation.
