Troopers will be patrolling the pavement looking for stranded drivers. Trooper Michael Muriel with Post 14 out of Ashland advised drivers to make sure their gas tanks were full and to let someone know if you plan to travel. If you do find yourself stranded you should tie something bright to your car antenna, wrap your entire body, including your head in warm material, constantly move your arms and legs to keep your circulation up. He recommended starting the car for 10 minutes every hour and run the heater, but advised drivers to make sure their muffler is not blocked.
