Two years ago a leak at their Charleston West Virginia facility tainted the drinking water for 300-thousand citizens. The spill caused water facilities to shut their intakes as far away as Cincinnati Ohio. Dennis Farrell will have to serve 1 month in federal prison, and must pay a 20-thousand dollar fine. Four other executives have already been sentenced to probation and fines. Former Company President Gary Southern is set for sentencing next week.
