Rebbecca Howell-Jude was last seen on Tuesday morning near River View Drive in Thelma. The Johnson County Sheriff’s department believes that she met someone online and could be in danger. They believe she may have traveled through Salyersville in a Silver 2014 Chevy Cruse on her way to an undisclosed location.
