Alvis Cleveland Scott, age 63 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at his residence. He was born January 9, 1953 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Jesse & Gladys Fields Scott. He was the husband of Charlene Ousley Scott. Services will be conducted Wednesday February 24, 2016 at 1pm with David Stanley officiating.

Emmanuel James Salley, age 58, of Cornettsville, KY passed away on Feb. 20, 2016 at the Hazard ARH. He was the son of the late Bennie Salley and the late Opal Caudill Salley. His wife Lana Salley survives him. Services will be at 1PM Wed. Feb. 24, 2016 at the Vicco Baptist Church with Ronald Davidson officiating.

Clinton B. Lafferty, age 76 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born May 19, 1939 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Albert & Maggie Jane Bentley Burchett Lafferty. He was the husband of the late Dorothy Spears Lafferty. Services will be conducted Thursday February 25, 2016 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.

Shirley Ruth Hawks Williams 68, of Breeden, West Virginia passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Logan Regional Medical Center in Logan, West Virginia. She was born in Ohio on September 18, 1947 to the late William and Ruth Brown Hawks. Her husband, Floyd Edgar Williams, survives Shirley. Services will be held at the Welcome Home Church in Kermit, West Virginia on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 12:00pm with Daniel Perry officiating.
