Billie Spears, 85, formerly of Hager Hill, died Saturday, February 20, 2016. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Charles. Arrangements are not listed, but are being handled by Jones-Preston Funeral Home

Jimmie Lynn McIntyre, age 84, of Hazard, KY passed away on Feb. 25, 2016 He is survived by his wife: Shirley McIntyre, arrangements are not listed but, are being handled by Maggard Funeral Home.

Floyd Stacy, age 69, of Carrie, KY, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2016 at Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Ky. He was born in Carrie, KY on June 7, 1946 to Ishmael Stacy and Serena Miller Stacy. He is survived by his Wife Regenna Stacy. services for Floyd Stacy will be held at 11:00AM, Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Ricky Smith & LD Mosley officiating.

Ressie Parsley – age 89 of Williamson, WV passed away Wednesday; Feb. 24, 2016 at her home.  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday; Feb. 27, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. from the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Pastor Eugene Preece officiating.  Burial will follow in the Marcum Cemetery at Hatfield, KY.  Visitation will be after 6:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home with service to be held at 7:00 P.M.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hatfield Funeral Chapel of Toler, KY.

Danny Edward Webb, 53 of Louisa, KY, passed away February 23, 2016 at Three Rivers Medical Center, Louisa. Born May 12, 1962 in Greeneville, TN, he was the son of Hilda Jones Webb of SC and the late Kenneth Webb. Danny is survived by his wife, Josie May Casey Webb. Linda Lockhart Bartley, age 65, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016 at the University of Virginia. She was born on Aug. 20, 1950 to her parents the late Walter (Bill) Lockhart and Ruby McPeek. Services will be Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Buddy Ford officiating.

Ruby Marie (Hagger) Fink 92 of Welch, W. Va. passed from this earthly life Monday Feb.22, 2016 at the home of her son James E. Fink on Lower Johns Cr. Pikeville, Ky. Ruby was born Wednesday Jan. 9, 1924 in Welch, W. Va. a daughter of the late Joseph Elgin and Missouri Jane (Spears) Fink. Other than her parents Ruby was preceded in death by her loving husband George Fink. Saundra Gail Meek Belcher, age 68, of Betsy Layne, KY passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2016 in the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center, Hazard, KY. She was born August 1, 1947 in Martin, KY, the daughter of the late James Estill and Verbal Hamilton Meek. Bonnie May, 87, of Prestonsburg, KY. She was born on January 29, 1929 in Knott Co. KY to the late David & Bessie Conley Smith. She was married to the late William Jackson May. Services will be on Monday (February 29, 2016) 2pm Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY.

Mary Wilma Pigman Elkins, age 90, of Lexington, Kentucky, formerly of Pinetop, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Funeral services for Wilma Pigman will be held 2PM Sunday, February 28, 2016 at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel with Ruby Couch officiating. Wilma Pigman Elkins was born at Allock, Kentucky on November 26, 1925, the fourth child of Dewitt and Daisy Pigman. She was married to Van Elkins in 1944.

Tina Mae Merrill Fugate, age 81, of Hazard, KY passed away on Feb. 25, 2016 at the Hazard Health & Rehab. She was the daughter of the late Kelly Merrill and the late Pearlie Baker. Virgil “Babe” Isaac Jr., age 65, of Martin, KY., husband of Bernadine Wells Isaac, passed away Friday, February 26, 2016 in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. He was born January 29, 1951 in Martin, KY, a son of the late Virgil and Joanna Smith Isaac. Ricky Nelson Floyd, 66, of Potterville, Michigan. He was born on January 17, 1960 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Avery & Rose Anderson Floyd. He was married to Jackie Hinman Floyd.
