Ray Chafins – age 87 of Williamson, WV died Sunday; Feb. 28, 2016  the Tug Valley ARH Medical Center in South Williamson, KY.  Funeral services will be conducted Thursday; March 3, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. from the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Bro. Ed May officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mountain View Memory Gardens at Huddy, KY.  Visitation will be after 6:00 P.M. Tuesday evening at the funeral home with service at 7:00 P.M. with Bro. Mikey Smith and Turkey Creek Freewill Baptist Church officiating, and after 6:00 P.M. Wednesday evening with service at 7:00 P.M. with Bro. Earl Coleman and the Williamson Church of God officiating.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hatfield Funeral Chapel of Toler, KY.

Willis Thomas , 72, of Pippa Passes. He was born on September 12, 1943 to the late Shelby & Ora Thomas . He was married to the late Julia Faye Thomas. Willis passed away on February 2, 2016. Services will be at 11AM, Thursday March 3, 2016 at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, Kentucky. With Military Honors By Knott County DAV Chapter #171. Paul Watson, Caleb Combs, & Others will officiate.

 

James David “Dukie” Stewart, age 58, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Lake Cumblerland Hospital, Somerset, Kentucky. James was born August 5, 1957, to his parents the late Thomas M. Stewart and the late Fern Stewart. Services will be Thursday at 1PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home with Joe Coleman officiating.
