According to officials, Brittany Pennington 24, and Jonathan Howard 24, both of Lynch, were discovered to have been having intercourse in a 1994 Ford Crown Victoria in the parking lot of a Hardees’s. Police say there was a significant amount of cars in the drive thru, that were right next to where the couple were parked and having sex. Officials say the couple came forward with their actions and did say what they did was not right. After putting on their clothes, the couple was arrested, and taken to Harlan County Detention Center and each have been charged with indecent exposure.
