Officials are looking for the person responsible for stealing tools from another vehicle earlier in the week. Officials say the operator of a black truck stole stole a good thousands of dollars worth of tools from another car that was parked in Lowe’s parking lot. They also say the tools belong to a construction company. Officails say anyone with information or anyone who can identify this truck  is encouraged to call Pikeville Police at 606-437-5111
