After alledgedly breaking a basement door in order to try to enter a home in East Bernstadt, officials say after looking into the matter, they found that 40 year old, Douglas Bailey had also broke into a church van that was close by, and cut wires to an electrical box outside of Carmichael Church in an attempt to brake in.
