after a complaint that two young,
small children, whom one of which, was naked, were walking alone down Kentucky Hollow Road. Officials looked for and found the children, and later located the parents. Sean A Bosch, 24, and Sarah Powell were asleep at their residence which was just maybe a mile from where the kids were found, officials also found a glass pipe that’s usually used to smoke marijuana through, it was out in open view by the police when they entered the home. Bosch and Powell were transported to the Laurel County Detention Center and were both charged with endangering the welfare of a child, and possession of drug paraphernalia, the children are in the custody of their grandmother.
