Stephen Patton was a 13 year old with a stutter that went to Allen entral Middle School in Floyd Co. The 8th grader shot himself in 2007, and his family sued because they said they felt as though the teachers, staff and administrators knew their son was being bullied and that they should have, or did know the bullying he suffered.
