Wednesday night, a female had been taking a shower and upon getting out, looked up and noticed 36 year old Jack Halsey of Campton watching her bathe and get dressed according to court documents. Halsey was invited to this home as a friend, when according to the person who owns the home, he went outside to “cool off” Officials charged him with voyeurism and taken o Three Forks Regional Jail
