Michal Curtis, 27 years of of Cawood was taken into custody Tuesday night and charged with murder, tampering with evidence, and abuse of a corpse.. Along with his wife who is facing the same charges, she was charged prior to her husband. Officials think the remains could possibly belong to 49 year old Tommy Ingersoll of Baxter whom has been missing since march 10th, they also say he lives near where the remains were discovered. The Police say they cannot rule out any other arrests at this point.
