Mark Frazier, 48 of Linefork  was killed  Last Friday morning after what officials call a rib roll, which is when part of the wall falls due to the pressure being exerted onto  it. They say Frazier was most likely killed immediately. The Kentucky house took a brief moment of silence to commemorate Frazier Friday morning  as notions to lay back on mine safety regulations are being considered. Frazier leaves behind a wife and children.
