As Kentucky looks at implementing a new federal education law, known as the Every Student Succeeds Act,  Stephen Pruitt is assembling a series of Town Hall Meeting s to discuss what Kentucky people would call school success. The meetings serve as a means to give Kentuckians a voice in a system that effects the youth and give a format to produce success in a fair, reliable system.
