Officials say that they banned the use and distribution of synthetic drugs years ago but people are still somehow getting their hands on it.   They believe they’re being bought off the internet. Amber Owens, with the Whitley County Unite Coalition, says the chemicals in these drugs are dangerous and are known to cause aggressive behavior. But for the most part affect everyone differently.  Owens also says her main focus is educating everyone on the issue
