In early 2015 The Social Security Administration postponed benefits to hundreds of clients of Eric C. Conn’s due to suspicion of fraud. Yesterday at 7:15pm,  he was booked, held for U.S Marshall’s  though bond has not been posted yet. Conn is facing numerous charges including conspiracy to commit fraud and wire fraud, conspiracy to retaliate against a witness, destruction of records in a federal investigation, false statements, transactional money laundering and conspiracy to structure currency transactions. Conn has been under critical observation and examination for  years, and has contested and opposed any wrong doing.
