Officials are trying to figure out what exactly led to a stabbing. Police responded to a call at a home on Chestnut Cemetery Road, just outside of London, According to an article from WYMT when officials arrived on the scene a man had a towel wrapped around his neck with a significant wound. The victim was apparently alive on scene, and then taken to UK Medical Center.  Thirty-eight year old John Pace was arrested and charged with first degree assault.
