33 year old Timothy Strauder is accused of pulling over Joshua Brock of Ashland. In an article to WSAZ Brock says he was driving in Ashland when he saw flashing lights behind him, even though he was going the speed limit. And not breaking any laws. Brock days he could smell alcohol on Strauder’s breath, and he was driving a unmarked truck with glow sticks covered in latex medical gloves to make shift blue police lights in his vehicle. Strauder was apparently wearing a black tee shirt and a SWAT vest, and an EMT badge on a chain .Stauder was arraigned on the charges in Boyd County District Court Wednesday morning.
