According to an article from WYMT, Officer Jessica Maggard was looking for a stolen cell phone when she noticed the scent of marijuana.  After being allowed inside the apartment the smell was coming from, a man was seen trying to get rid of marijuana.  Officials discovered over 30 bags of cannabis, pills, and over a grand in cash, in addition to scales and plastic bags,  A two year old in the residence was handed over to protective custody and turned over to social services. Nineteen year old Zebulin Caudil was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment, trafficking in marijuana, tampering with physical evidence, improper container, illegal possession of a legend drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Kentucky River regional jail.
