Johny Wayne Hurt was found in a motel room which was alleged to have been “destroyed” He was taken into custody Tuesday night after officials say, they received a complaint about a man under the influence whom was attempting to eat landscaping much, he was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief, aside from these charges he was also charged on a Lincoln County bench warrant for failure to report for a court ordered monitoring, as well as failure to report for random drug screening.
