The bodies of 79 year old Lois Gartin and her step son 52 year old Micheal Gartin were discovered in their home in the 1200 block of Knob Branch in Blaine Ky.  They had been shot to death. According to officials, Lois’ Jeep was also missing from the property. Officials say 47 year old Stanley Webb stole the vehicle and also believe he is responsible for the deaths of Lois and Micheal Gartin.  He was extradited from Ohio back to Kentucky. He was booked into the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville about 9 p.m on Wednesday and was charged with murder.
