Accusations from the Kentucky Attorney General’s office, says former Science Hill Chief Robbie Gosset was pocketing cash that came from payments from the city’s water customers, and instead of using it for their water bills, Gossett was taking the money for himself. He admitted to this in court on Friday, and as part of a plea deal has agreed to pay $30,000 in restitution to the city, and spend 21 days on house arrest. He will also have to give up his certifications as a police officer.
